  Customer service in this Menards is the worst. They screwed up on not getting me an order in 3 weeks as their contract states. I have called every week for the past month +, I was to have my counter top on 2/23 it is now 3/12. And they still don’t have it... there response... it’s not guaranteed... how can they in good conscience take peoples money and not be held accountable. I was speaking to the Manager Julie when I asked her if she could guarantee me my countertop... she said... we should! Now she saying I never guaranteed your countertop... but she did by saying should, not maybe! That’s why I specifically asked can you guarantee it! Then she has the audacity to ask me to stop screaming at her... hello... maybe you should take accountability for your job not done! Instead of passing the buck!
